JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provide full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties such as, but not limited to, preparation of notices, agendas and resolutions, coordination / setting up of board of directors' and shareholders' meetings, drafting of Board Committee minutes, maintenance of statutory records.
• Familiar with requirements of the Code of Corporate Governance, Companies Act and preparation of Corporate Governance Report.
• Support on ad hoc projects, conduct searches and ensure compliance with regulatory matters.
• Liaising with auditors, ACRA officers and other external parties.
• Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial team, when required.

JOB SKILLS
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
