Research Analyst

Job Description

1. Conduct research and analysis on listed companies for the purpose of issuing reports with recommendations to institutional and retail clients.
2. Promote investment ideas to our clients.
3. Assist clients with their investment needs.
4. Research and generate good stock ideas to help build the product side of institutional equities, retail equities, and investment banking.
5. Collaborate with the equity sales team to open and develop client accounts by providing differentiated investment insights and building strong personal rapport with clients.
6. Assist the investment banking division by contributing to deal pitches with valuable market insights and investment strategies.
7. Be ranked highly or within agreed KPI, whichever is higher, for the respective sector coverage.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Prior experience in property sector research and analysis is an added advantage.
3. Strong analytical skills and finance knowledge.
4. Strong command of English (written and spoken).
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
