Data Analytics Lead (HR)

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Data Analytics Specialist. This is a key role in the team to harness the power of data to drive informed decisions that will enhance the potential of the global workforce and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Description

• Support AVP to drive a pro-data culture, work with global HR counterparts to ensure sound Master Data Management and availability of clean data to facilitate analytics.
• Interpret and present HR data within the broader business context, ensuring insights drive both HR and organisational objectives.
• Perform data analytics and generate insights/recommendations for use cases/metrics such as global workforce, attrition, talent planning, employee engagement level and cost management.
• Create and maintain dashboards for reporting.
• Develop data policies that guarantee personal data privacy rights and personal data right of use.
• Support talent technologies and HR systems, drive and implement process re-engineering, and create synergies to enhance data analytics capabilities.

Profile

• At least 4 years working experience in Data Analytics.
• Ability to connect HR data insights to broader business and workforce strategies.
• Experience working with HR data or workforce analytics is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel, including macros, and experienced with PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
