About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Host Live at Semenanjung Emas Kelantan Berhad. In this full-time role based in Kubang Kerian Kelantan, you will be responsible for hosting live events and engaging with our audience in a captivating and professional manner.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and execute engaging live events, including conferences, webinars, and virtual town halls
• Lead live discussions and interviews with industry experts, company leaders, and other key stakeholders
• Ensure smooth, seamless, and professional delivery of live content
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop content and scripts for live events
• Provide a positive and memorable experience for attendees, fostering audience engagement and interaction
• Monitor and respond to audience questions and feedback during live events
• Continuously improve the live event experience based on audience feedback and data

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a live event host or emcee, with a strong track record of engaging audiences
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in using live streaming platforms and production tools
• Familiarity with marketing and communications principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the team
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for creating exceptional live experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement
