Stellar is looking for HR Assistant Manager / Senior Executive.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3~5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial position.
- Experience in the education sector or international schools (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling HR issues.
- Experience in HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to generate HR reports.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
