Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Administration Manager to oversee and manage the company's administrative and logistical support functions, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role will include responsibility for managing the cafeteria, dormitories, security, factory sanitation, and other general administrative duties within the facility.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative or facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in using office software and tools for reporting and planning.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferred for liaising with HQ).
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of local health, safety, and environmental regulations is an advantage.
