Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
  2. Assist in HR-related tasks, such as recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and record-keeping.
  3. Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of necessary materials.
  4. Support finance and accounting with invoice processing, payment tracking, and petty cash management.
  5. Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and business partners as needed.
  6. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and support various departments within Printcious. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  8. Familiarity with HR processes and finance-related tasks is an added advantage.
