About the Job

Company Background

We are representing our client, a seafood restaurant and event banquet that delivers the ultimate dining experience, based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor (Near to LRT station - 5 min walking distance).

They are currently looking for an industry expert for the Purchasing Assistant / Executive (Mandarin Spoken & Written is required).

Job Description

• Receiving stock from suppliers and creating Goods Receive notes.
• Submitting weekly/monthly reports accordingly to Sales/Senior Manager.
• Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Ensuring all purchase orders are accurate.
• Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Fresh Graduates most welcome to apply (training provided).
• 1-2 years of experience in the Purchasing field is an added advantage.
• Candidate with F&B industry experience is highly advantageous.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
