Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing quality sales plans & strategies, support and business development.
- Responsible for performing analysis of business challenges, market requirements and identifying sales opportunities.
- Responsible for user and functional requirements, business processes and other documentation.
- Meeting Sales Targets for both monthly and yearly.
- Preparing and maintaining paperwork including KPI reporting, processing forms and reports.
- Meeting clients and presenting company collaterals, to develop long-term relationships with existing/potential customers.
- Proactively sourcing and establishing new prospect business.
- Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager.
- Performing accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
- Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Preparing engineering offers with help from QS.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science.
- Fresh graduates are welcome too.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Speaking other languages and Mandarin is advantageous.
- Working experience in the related field is advantageous.
- Required Skill(s): Computer Proficient.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess own vehicle and be willing to travel across states in Malaysia.
- Two positions available for Kulai (Johor) and Penang
