Job description

  • Assists sales operation by updating price ledger, product line, product grade; proceeding pending sales order, and art set to ensure smooth business operation.
  • Assist in stock management by issuing purchase order and allocating stocks to selected branch to support sales activities.
  • Supporting business partners by attending to enquiries on product price and stock ETA to ensure smooth business operation and customer service quality.
  • Maintaining supplier’s relationship by constantly communicating with suppliers to keep them updated on in-house promotions, and to obtain updated stock information from them.
  • Supports inventory management by monitoring slow sellers and take actions to assist in reducing prices or setting promotions as necessary to maintain desired inventory turnover rate.
  • Prepares department and division monthly, weekly, and daily sales reports by collecting and analysing sales figures/trends to ensure timely submission of reports to support decision making of Head of Department.
  • Assist in company's marketing and promotional campaigns by creating product package codes and providing advertisements on products to ensure accuracy of advertisement and promotion leaflets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing / International Business or related field.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills, and Good Analytic skills
  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Nearby public transport (10mins walk from Pandan Jaya LRT Station)
  • Structured training & On-the-job training
