Our client is a leading Japanese electronic components manufacturer with a strong presence across Asia. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join the Sales & Marketing department to drive new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with new and existing customers, and coordinate with production and regional offices to deliver quality solutions and excellent customer service.

• Identify potential customers and explore new markets through strategic marketing and information-gathering activities.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring support in terms of pricing, delivery schedules, and quality issues.
• Collaborate with Malaysia production sites, overseas factories, and regional sales offices to align on delivery timelines, quality requirements, and customer needs.
• Occasional travel to countries such as Singapore, Thailand, China, and Japan for business expansion activities.
• Prepare sales plans, performance reports, and market analysis for management review.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields preferred.
• Experience in the electronics industry or Japanese manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Business-level English proficiency is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Chinese and/or Malay is an advantage for internal and external communication.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Valid driving license and ability to travel for customer visits.
