Meraque Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to enhance our procurement operations for cutting-edge drone and robotics solutions. This role involves sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

1. Execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals and budget.
2. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
3. Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.

1. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery standards.
2. Assist in negotiating contracts, agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
3. Monitor supplier performance and address any operational issues.
4. Explore alternative sourcing options to mitigate supply risks.

1. Support cost analysis and identify opportunities for savings.
2. Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and industry best practices.
3. Track procurement expenses and ensure purchases align with budget allocations.

1. Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
2. Monitor inventory levels and prevent overstocking or shortages.
3. Assist in procurement planning for R&D, production, and operational needs.

1. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
2. Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and supplier documentation.
3. Support risk management by identifying procurement risks and assisting in mitigation strategies.

1. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese (spoken and written) is required to liaise with China-based vendors.
6. Knowledge of procurement software and tools is an advantage.
