Job summary
A forward-thinking company is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to manage procurement activities, perform RFQ/RFP exercises, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, excellent negotiation and vendor management skills, and be fluent in Mandarin to communicate with suppliers. The position offers an attractive remuneration package, including performance bonuses and health insurance, and is based in Shah Alam, Malaysia.

Execute Procurement: Manage end-to-end procurement activities, from sourcing to supplier onboarding.
RFQ/RFP Management: Conduct RFQ/RFP exercises, negotiate pricing, and ensure favorable terms.
Supplier Performance: Evaluate and monitor supplier performance against key metrics.
Cost Analysis: Identify cost savings and market trends to optimize procurement.
Contract Management: Oversee contract creation, renewal, and termination.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies.
Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency and control in procurement processes.
Reporting: Track and report procurement KPIs and resolve supplier disputes.
Experience: At least 3 years of procurement experience, with a preference for those who can bring more.
Skills: Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
Analytical Ability: Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
ERP Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Language: Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with suppliers in China.
