Sales Merchandiser (Contract)

• The incumbent is responsible to achieve execution excellence of sales (GSV), numeric and weighted distribution and merchandising objective.
• The incumbent is accountable for enhancement of YHS 5WS which consist of :-
  
  1. Product range (Must Sell SKUs)
  2. Share of Shelf (According to YHS guidance)
  3. Placement and Instore visibility of YHS products (Display)
  4. Shelf presence (Ensuring Eye Level)
  5. Pricing Tracker (Including Competitor)

Job Responsibilities:

• To achieve monthly and annual sales turnover and profit as per target set.
• Ensure perfect store execution via 5WS monitoring: product range, share of shelf, placement and instore visibility with clear target setting and milestones, and continue to raise the bar for presence of YHS product at store level.
• To seize sales opportunity at store level, achieve distribution target, and proactively propose plan to achieve deliverables results and change.
• Support on additional event, sampling by ensuring stocks availability at stores.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years related working experience in FMCG industry as merchandiser.
• Possess a recognized SPM or equivalent.
• Proven track record of good leadership, developing people, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Result-oriented, strong ownership and customer focus.
• Knowledge in DMS is a plus.
