Sales Merchandiser

• Replenish stock at department stores to ensure shelves are always well-stocked.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure best-selling products are always available.
• Arrange and display products according to the brand’s guidelines.
• Inventory Checking & Reporting
  • Conduct regular stock checks and identify slow-moving or out-of-stock items.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to request restocks.
• Sales & Market Monitoring
  • Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Analyze store sales trends and provide recommendations to improve sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements.
• Store & Product Presentation
  • Ensure product displays are attractive and aligned with marketing promotions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the display area.
  • Work closely with store staff to ensure proper merchandising execution.
• Communication & Coordination
  • Liaise with department store staff and management to maintain a good relationship.
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in promotional events, store launches, and other retail activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent (Diploma in Retail, Business, or related fields is a plus).
• 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail sales, or stock replenishment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow display guidelines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and travel between department stores as needed.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory tracking.
• Passion for retail and home products is an advantage.
