Merchandiser – Dara Frozen Product

Location: Klang Valley

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,300 + Commission + Medical Benefits + Travel Allowance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to oversee the distribution, promotion, and display of Dara Frozen Product across retail outlets and burger stalls. This role involves maintaining stock levels, ensuring strong brand visibility, and collaborating with vendors, sales teams, and marketing to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, burger stall resellers, and distributors.
2. Ensure optimal stock levels at all retail and reseller locations, replenishing inventory as needed.
3. Execute promotions, product launches, and discount strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
4. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine merchandising strategies.
5. Maintain attractive and brand-aligned product displays at retail locations.
6. Track sales performance and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
7. Conduct regular store and stall visits to assess product positioning and customer engagement.
8. Work closely with logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and stock movement.
9. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, sales trends, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage vendors and resellers.
3. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
4. Well-organized with good time management skills.
5. Willingness to travel frequently to various retail locations and burger stalls.
6. Basic knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
7. Passion for food products and an understanding of customer preferences.
