Job Summary

As a Digital Designer, you'll be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for conceptualizing and designing captivating visuals for various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling sales and marketing materials, engaging social media artwork, and intuitive UI/UX designs for applications and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for sales and marketing materials, including brochures, one-sheets, presentations, and advertisements.
• Design high-quality banners for web and social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Create engaging social media artwork, including cover photos, profile pictures, and post visuals, to enhance our online presence.
• Design intuitive UI/UX layouts for internal and external applications and software systems, focusing on user-centric design principles.
• Translate designs/wireframes into feature planning for development teams
• Create brand identity and style guides
• Optimize components for maximizing performance across a vast array of web-capable devices including smart TVs, set-top boxes, and gaming consoles
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital design and user experience.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Invision, and Figma, or similar tools
• At least 5 years working as or with a Developer(s) on various aspects of UX and its core principles
• Proven experience working as a digital designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across various digital mediums.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web design technologies is a plus.
