The Marketing Manager is a peer-to-peer teammate of the Marketing Head and the sales team. The role has 2 dimensions:

1. As an important marketing link to local marketing.
2. Working with the Marketing Team to provide marketing support to Sales and Customers.

• Working with the Marketing Head on the Annual Regional Marketing Plan and Quarterly Updates. Record, execute, track, and ensure agreed strategy and plans are actioned upon, reported, and properly closed.
• Support marketing activities to ensure that each campaign is consistent with the activity plan, keep a complete record & performance of the event, and review with the Marketing Head.
• Regularly monitor active processes, prepare a weekly Process Dashboard, and work with the Marketing Head to resolve bottlenecks to facilitate the process.

• Co-operate with the sales team and local partners on marketing activation and documentation matters under the direction of the Marketing Head.
• Be an essential team member in the planning and execution of exhibition events and strategic conferences.
• Support co-marketing activities, including the execution and supervision of co-marketing campaigns, update and production of marketing kit, gifts & materials.
• Track and record the performance and expense of distribution activities, and check and update the distribution budget rate with the Marketing Head weekly or biweekly.
• Monitor sales performance on marketing activities, ensuring the participation of sales in different marketing activities.

A Marketing Manager should be skilled in a variety of advertising methods, including digital, print, and physical events. Some necessary skills and qualifications include:

• Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting.
• Proficient with marketing-related software programs.
• Demonstrated history of planning successful product launches and events.
• Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management, and clients.
• Strong on-site execution capability, time management, and organization skills to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for generating ideas to increase demand for products and services.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related major.
• Minimum of 5 years of Marketing experience.
• Multi-tasking processing ability.
• Ability to develop creative ideas into practical and workable solutions.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with good business acumen.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
