The Digital Marketing & Design Officer is responsible for executing day-to-day digital marketing activities, basic graphic design, lead capturing, and content creation. The role supports multiple brands and platforms, ensuring consistent brand representation, accurate lead management, and effective promotion of products, events, and campaigns.

• Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (advantageous)
• Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or basic graphic design
• Familiarity with CMS systems and social media platforms
• Valid driver’s licence (advantageous for events and mall displays)

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva or similar)
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles
• Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in lead capturing and CMS management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Digital & social media - Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp groups; Post vehicle updates, promotions, celebrations and sold vehicles; Capture and load leads into CMS with correct source codes
• Website & Stock Management - Ensure website stock and information are accurate and up to date; Maintain stock images and folders, including sold stock updates; Load stock listings onto social media platforms
• Lead Management - Capture and load leads from WhatsApp, social media, mall displays and events into CMS
• Graphic Design - Design marketing material including flyers, posters, digital ads, business cards and internal communication material; Ensure all designs are CI compliant across all brands
• Events & Mall Displays - Assist with setup, breakdown and basic coordination of mall displays and events; Capture photos and ensure marketing assets are stored correctly
• Internal Communication - Assist with internal communications, newsletters, notices and staff marketing assets
• Planning & Administration - Maintain a basic marketing and events calendar; Assist with reporting and record keeping
