Job summary
A leading retail company is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager based in Cape Town. The role involves leading and developing digital marketing strategies, managing eCommerce operations, and driving online growth. The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and a leadership background. This position offers the opportunity to oversee a dynamic team and collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to enhance the online customer experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing and/or eCommerce management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and CRM systems.
- Leadership and project management experience.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing and / or eCommerce management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and CRM systems.
- Leadership and project management experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
