At NxaTel, we are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Intern. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and analytics. This position is ideal for someone looking to jumpstart their career in digital marketing and expand their skill set in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Managing and curating content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing director to create engaging and visually appealing social media posts that align with our brand voice and target audience.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience preferences to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Create and implement email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing workflows.
• Development of blog posts, website copy, and other marketing collateral to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage online advertising campaigns and optimize ad performance based on analytics insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, suggesting innovative strategies to improve our digital presence.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and persuasive content.
• Creative thinking and ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently while adhering to established timelines.
