Experience: Proven experience in a marketing role (internships count!).
Marketing know-how: A strong understanding of marketing channels and techniques.

Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Drivers license: A valid license is a must.
WILL COUNT HIGHLY IN YOUR FAVOUR IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Event planning and coordination experience.
Exposure to paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and budget management.
A passion for social media trends and audience engagement.
Basic knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting.
Experience in car rental, automotive, or mobility industries.
Bonus points if you have your own reliable transport!
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Developing & supporting marketing campaigns: Helping to bring multi-channel marketing campaigns to life whether it's digital, print, email, or social media ensuring they align with business goals and drive impact.
Coordinating marketing briefs & creative development: Crafting clear, actionable briefs for internal teams and agency partners, managing timelines and approvals, and keeping everything on-brand and campaign-ready.
Managing marketing material production & distribution: Overseeing the creation, ordering, and distribution of marketing materials making sure they land on time, stay within budget, and maintain brand consistency.
Collaborating with sales teams: Working closely with sales to align marketing efforts, providing the tools and content they need to convert leads and engage customers.
Planning & executing events & promotions: Coordinating event logistics, promotions, and brand representation, ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
Supporting brand development & consistency: Working alongside the Head of Marketing to refine and maintain brand identity across all content and communication channels.
Assisting with marketing administration: Keeping things running behind the scenes handling admin, finance processing, scheduling, and prepping presentations.
Tracking & optimising campaign effectiveness: Monitoring campaign performance, gathering insights, and helping refine strategies for better results.
