About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our growing marketing team in Cape Town, South Africa. In this multifaceted role, you will play a key part in our outbound marketing, supporting with the execution of email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and providing administrative support to the broader marketing team.

Responsibilities

1. Build and test marketing workflows such as nurture campaigns and email sequences.
2. Assist data preparation for outreach campaigns.
3. Utilise HeyReach for targeted LinkedIn outreach.
4. Build and execute high-quality email campaigns to generate leads for our groups businesses.
5. Collaborate across the entire email marketing lifecycle:
1. Data scraping with Clay
2. Ensure data enrichment and scraping is completed appropriately.
3. Set up email automation using DotDigital & Smartlead.
4. Generate reports to measure campaign success.
6. Manage these tasks for multiple brands and target audiences simultaneously.
7. Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
