JOB PURPOSE:
Manage and track the performance of the Bank's digital and online marketing and communications programme/action plan. Be the pulse of the digital and online community through effective community management. Cultivate and expand the social media presence of the Company and its Insurance Subsidiary. This role involves overseeing the entire digital social media process, including the planning, compilation, and production stages.
