We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to provide actionable insights that enhance decision-making across the marketing department.
You will play a key role in optimizing marketing strategies, improving campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with expertise in data analysis, market research, and digital marketing analytics.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement tracking mechanisms to gather data from multiple sources, including marketing campaigns, website analytics, print media, social media, email marketing, call centre, and custom-built apps.
- Analyse performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and market conditions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on Qliksense to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
- Identify and investigate data anomalies and discrepancies proactively.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategy.
- Research and recommend marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Build and deploy data pipelines and models to automate reporting and analytical processes.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends and areas for differentiation.
- Provide insights into customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Experience using Google Analytics for tracking, analysing, and reporting on website and campaign performance.
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns, online user behavior analysis, and multi-channel attribution.
- Experience with analytics tools such as QlikSense and other BI platforms.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical analysis techniques and software such as SPSS, SAS, or Excel.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling and forecasting techniques.
Package & Remuneration:
Negotiable based on experience.

Working hours are from 07:00 to 16:30.
