Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Marketing Specialist to execute global campaigns.
The role will work closely with Portfolio and EU Regional Marketing to drive campaigns into the European market aiming to increase market awareness and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth for service portfolios.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Portfolio Marketing teams to develop audience-centric campaign messaging and an impactful content and campaign strategy.
- Extensive engagement with Global Marketing Centers of Excellence (CoEs), EU Regional Marketing, and Sales Operations and Enablement to plan, implement, and measure campaign impact.
- Operating at a global level, working with the CoEs, Portfolio, and EU Regional Marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns across Europe.
- Defining campaign plans including objectives, ideal client profile, and content strategy ensuring it aligns with global business strategy.
- Leading the end-to-end management of campaign projects including coordination of deliverables across CoEs and Region while maintaining regular communication.
- Uncovering thought-provoking leadership topics and developing effective marketing materials aligned to the buying cycle to position the company as an industry thought leader with specific emphasis on understanding business value.
- Supporting the relevant global campaigns and briefing of all content assets and activities through a Marketing Resource Management tool.
- Ensuring campaign development is aligned with campaign process and governance.
- Working with the Sales Enablement team to help Sales understand campaign plans to ensure successful follow-up.
- Supporting the Marketing teams by providing campaign enablement to promote internal awareness and help with implementation.
- Being responsible for campaign performance in line with the metrics set and delivered on time and on budget.
Qualifications:
- Business-related degree or postgraduate qualification.
- 5-8 years of experience in a business-to-business marketing role within an IT and/or services company.
- Experience in a multinational environment is preferred with relevant experience in developing demand generation plans across multiple geographies.
- Superb stakeholder engagement skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills that enable you to communicate complex ideas succinctly and compellingly.
- Strong ability to build and cultivate cross-functional relationships internally and externally.
- Strategic thinking with expertise in driving campaigns, developing value propositions, and managing multiple projects.
- Proven experience working in a matrix management structure across multiple countries and teams with the ability to guide and negotiate priorities and tactics.
- Advanced program management skills ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of major initiatives with effective stakeholder management.
- Results-driven with a strong learning orientation.
- Strong influencing skills to drive alignment across global teams in various locations.
- Highly collaborative with excellent stakeholder relationship management abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of target markets, capabilities, and strategic business objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering results.
- Proficiency in navigating a matrix environment and balancing competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ensuring a holistic approach while maintaining attention to detail and program integrity.
