We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist and Event Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for performing digital marketing activities to support business growth and customer satisfaction, including Google Ads, SEO, organic and paid social media. In addition, the individual will also play an important role in planning and executing various marketing events, conferences, and webinars. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional event experiences and best-in-class digital marketing strategies. The individual should be someone that is data-driven and loves all things digital marketing - including marketing automation and personalised inbound lead generation. The individual will need to have the ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks. The individual will be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting quality and innovative campaigns.
Responsibilities
Execute all digital marketing and supporting functions such as on-page SEO, updating marketing database, email campaigns, social media, creating landing pages and Google Ads campaigns.
Work closely with Web developer to understand the customer online journey and experience.
Manage, coordinate, and track digital campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and optimize ad campaigns for better performance.
Develop a content calendar for our social media accounts.
Manage and generate content for our Whatsapp Channel.
Monitor market trends, research markets and competitors’ activities to identify key opportunities and gaps.
Analyze data to draw and implement key recommendations.
Develop a deep understanding of our customers and use insights for content creation.
Execute data-driven experiments and leverage new marketing channels (agile marketing approach) to drive growth strategy.
Identify, source, engage and track the performance of Market influencers.
Content planning – support the team in developing and maintaining a content calendar to deliver regular and consistent communications.
Identify B2B marketing tactics and channels based on the defined market and customers.
Work with other team members and teams, such as sales and customer success to align and execute marketing efforts with business goals.
Develop multi-touch, multi-channel customer journeys and campaigns.
Work with the relevant team members to plan and coordinate webinars, online events and conferences.
Be responsible for the coordination of presentations and collateral needed for events.
Minimum Requirements
At least a 3-year degree in marketing, business or relevant field.
Google Ads advantageous.
Knowledge, Skill, And Ability
Highly skilled in marketing automation and multivariate experiments– Hubspot & Salesforce preferable.
Highly skilled in SEO / SEM / Google Analytics & Google Ads.
Highly skilled in email marketing.
Expert in marketing principles and the activities that support these.
A passion for content creation and solid copywriting skills.
Good knowledge of market research techniques & successful implementation of findings.
Solid experience in end-to-end campaign creation.
Experience using a CMS, preferably Wordpress.
Microsoft and Zoom products.
Prior experience with coordinating webinar initiatives and programs will be advantageous.
You should be personable and enjoy engaging and connecting with others.
You should be ready to get your hands dirty - we are a small team moving quickly.

Display a high degree of creativity and problem-solving ability.
Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to work across a range of teams.

Years Of Related Experience
Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience.
Minimum 3 years experience in B2B SaaS.
