We are seeking an experienced Group Marketing Manager to lead and execute dynamic marketing strategies within the automotive or retail industry.

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (essential)
  • Chartered Marketing qualification (preferred)
  • Retail or automotive industry expertise is mandatory

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years in a senior marketing role managing multiple brands
  • Proven track record in brand initiation and success, driving measurable ROI
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing to drive business achievement and sales

    • Multichannel social media skills (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Budget Development & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage the annual marketing, communications, and brand strategy across the brands, inclusive of a social media and event activation plan with the marketing team—ROI on execution quarterly.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI and presenting monthly updates to Exco on expenditure.
  • Ensure all strategies and budgets are aligned to OEM Scorecard, policies, and requirements.
  • Implement sound budgetary controls for the department.
  • Consult market research to assess current trends and ensure all portfolios are optimized.
  • Set up new strategies and budgets aligned to new brand acquisitions and launches.

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Oversee SEO strategy, website management, and CRM optimization
  • Drive digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other platforms
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Data Studio) for performance tracking

Paid Advertising & Lead Management

  • Develop lead generation campaigns to maximize conversions
  • Manage ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Optimize customer segmentation for personalized and targeted marketing

Brand & Community Management

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
  • Lead marketing campaigns, activations, events, and promotional activities
  • Strengthen customer engagement and loyalty initiatives

Customer Retention

  • Develop strategies to increase repeat business and loyalty
  • Collaborate with sales and aftersales teams to enhance customer experience
  • Implement special activations, rewards, and engagement programs

Data, Analytics & Performance Management

  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical marketing standards

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop the marketing team to ensure high performance
  • Set and manage departmental and individual KPIs
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 17:30
  • Saturday: 8:00 – 13:00 (dependent on projects and activations)
