Job Title : Marketing & Digital Coordinator

Location : Pinetown Head Office

Salary : Market related

Reports to : Marketing Manager

Primary Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the development, execution, and evaluation of all brand marketing strategies. The Marketing & Digital Coordinator will play a key role in managing both digital and traditional marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital & Traditional Marketing :
    1. Manage all brand websites and social media platforms.
    2. Develop, execute, and monitor online and traditional communication strategies across all brands.
    3. Ensure adherence to both local and global brand guidelines.
  1. Marketing Strategy & Execution :
    1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
    2. Support campaign planning and execution across various channels.
    3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  1. Content Management & Brand Communication :
    1. Create, curate, and oversee content across digital and traditional platforms.
    2. Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all channels.
  1. Performance Tracking & Reporting :
    1. Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to provide insights.
    2. Prepare reports on digital engagement, social media performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  1. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :
    1. Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
    2. Coordinate marketing efforts across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. Experience : 5-10 years of experience in marketing.
  3. Strong background in both digital and traditional marketing.
  4. Proven ability to manage brand websites and social media platforms.
  5. Experience in executing and analyzing marketing campaigns.

  1. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media management.
  2. Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  3. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Analytical skills to assess marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
