Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Salary: Base Salary of $500 USD/month + 3% Commission (Average Earnings: $120AVG/Sale)

Job Overview: As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing leads for our sales department. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to identify their needs and guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their careers in sales, with fast growth potential to a sales position within 2-3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to incoming leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to generate interest.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to help refine our approach.
• Continuously improve your knowledge of our services and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of CRM software is advantageous.
