Simply360 Recruitment is expanding, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic London and New York teams—completely remotely! Ideally, you’ll have financial recruitment experience or a solid understanding of finance department structures, but most importantly, you’ll have the ability to build strong relationships over the phone.

1. Engaging with candidates daily: You’ll spend a lot of time on the phone, so a polite, confident, and engaging telephone manner is essential!
2. Sourcing & screening candidates for a range of finance roles, ensuring they are the right fit.
3. Providing an excellent candidate experience by offering constructive feedback and career guidance.
4. Arranging client-candidate interviews and keeping everyone updated throughout the process.
5. Maintaining accurate records and using leading recruitment tools (LinkedIn, internal database, job boards, and social media).
6. Supporting Recruitment Consultants by managing candidate pipelines and filling vacancies efficiently.

1. Exceptional telephone manners – warm, engaging, and professional communication is key!
2. Highly motivated and proactive, with a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.
3. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills – no two days are the same!
4. Good IT skills (Word, Excel, G-Suite) and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
