What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

1. 5+ years of experience in an agency setting, specializing in engineering or petrochemical recruitment.
2. Strong knowledge of oil & gas, chemical, and industrial engineering roles.
3. A proven track record of successful placements and hitting revenue targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
