The Opportunity

We are seeking to appoint a customer-centric, energetic and passionate Sales and Service Consultant in our call centre based in George!

The Role

The Sales and Service Consultant is responsible for advising customers on insurance products, facilitating sales, and providing after-sales service support. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, guiding clients through policy options, and ensuring their claims and service needs are met efficiently.

Working Hours

1. Mondays to Fridays: 00h00AM – 07h30AM OR 04h00AM – 11h00AM (weekly rotational shifts).
2. Kindly note that these hours may be affected by daylight savings and operational business requirements.
