Recruitment Consultant jobs in South Africa

Network Recruitment is looking for a competent Recruitment Consultant to assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business and to also build new and old relationships with clients. You'll attract candidates, screen them, and match them to appropriate positions. Creating recruiting strategies and building relationships are very important duties as well. Recruitment consultants have the skills of salespeople and head-hunters. They possess sound judgement and communication aptitude. A Recruitment Consultant is expected to:

1. Find clients and foster long-term relationships (Generate new business)
2. Understand client requirements
3. Evaluate resumes and applications
4. Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
5. Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
6. Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
7. Facilitate and finalize agreements between Candidate and Client
8. Source candidates using databases, social media, etc.
9. Post job adverts

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as Recruitment Consultant or Sales Consultant (2-3 years)
2. Cold calling experience
3. Placement Partner experience
4. Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
5. Sales/Customer service skills
6. Outstanding communication ability
7. Confident and pleasant personality
8. Well-organized
9. Ability to work with targets
10. Sound judgement
11. Academic or Work Achievements
12. Degree/Honours in Industrial Psychology/Marketing/Business Management
