Job Specification

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage with top talent.
2. CV Formatting: Prepare candidate CVs in a professional format according to our internal requirements.
3. Database Management: Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM.
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
5. Reference Checks: Conduct background and reference checks on shortlisted candidates.
6. Client Liaison: Assist in understanding client needs and role requirements.
7. Job Ad Creation: Draft and publish job advertisements on multiple platforms.
8. Candidate Communication: Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the process.
9. Talent Pooling: Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for future roles.
10. New client development: Identify, approach, and onboard new clients.
11. Sales: Promote our recruitment services to potential clients and close new business opportunities.

1. Previous experience in recruitment agency preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Tech-savvy and able to work with recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn, Zoho).
4. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
5. Self-driven with a passion for helping people find their next opportunity.
