Job description

An exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Service Advisor based in Sandton for our UK client.

The successful person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Customers and Service Providers. THIS ROLE REQUIRES ZENDESK EXPERIENCE - IT IS A PREREQUISITE.

The ideal candidate:

  1. Will be a highly self-motivated individual with experience in a customer service role.
  2. Will provide excellent customer service to Customers and Service Providers.
  3. Will handle a high volume of phone calls throughout the day.
  4. Can apply common sense and logical problem-solving skills.
  5. Is able to communicate confidently in English with Customers and Service Providers.
  6. Can learn and adapt to new software systems quickly.
  7. Is tech-smart.
  8. Is self-managed and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  1. 2 years of current and previous experience in a customer service role, involving outbound calls, in a call center environment.
  2. High energy to handle high volumes of phone calls throughout the shift.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Organised and methodical.
  5. Practical, effective, strong problem-solving skills.
  6. MUST HAVE ZENDESK EXPERIENCE.
  7. Be willing to work in-office in Sandton, and on the UK calendar, UK hours, weekends, and night shifts.
  8. This is a 24/7 customer service environment.
  9. Be willing to commit to interviewing in person and complete assessments.
