• Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding team members towards achieving sales targets.
  • Proven track record in sales, with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capability to effectively manage salon operations and resources.
  • Strong business acumen, keeping up with industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.

• Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies and sales plans, contributing to increased revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, providing training and guidance to ensure the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market competition, making necessary adjustments to business strategies to maintain a leading position in the market.

Work hours: 10.30am - 7pm (Monday-Friday)

Salary: $3000.00 - $4000.00
