Our client is a global FMCG company for baby & maternity products. They are looking for a Sales Executive/Key Account Executive/Key Account Manager who ideally has extensive experience in FMCG and modern trade.
You will be reporting to the Sales Manager.
【Responsibilities】
- Responsible for E-Commerce Channel business strategies and direction
- Lead Key Accounts to achieve business strategies
- Develop Key Account Plans & Strategies for appointed accounts
- Effective implementation and execute plans to achieve business objectives and KPIs
- Budget Management/Maximize ROI via strategic planning
- Responsible for making the annual sales & profit target and A&P expenses
- Able to understand market/consumer demands and adapt accordingly
- Build strong rapport with clients to be top of mind for any initiatives
- Lead customer negotiations on commercial strategies
【What you will receive】
- Gross Monthly Income up to $5,300 (Basic Salary + Comm)
- Monthly Sales Commission: On average around $800-$1,800
- Variable Bonus (Depending on Company & Individual performance, on average 2 to 2.5 months)
- Annual Leave: 14 days (Additional one day per year, up to a max 21 days)

- Car allowance: $700 transport reimbursement will be provided if driving your vehicle. Season parking at the office building will be provided

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry
- Experience in modern trade
- Candidates with lesser experience may be considered for the Sales Executive position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SAP, or equivalent
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Engish and Mandarin stakeholders.

- Strong strategic thinking, ability to do analysis and report for future prediction of sales activity
- Experience in E-Commerce channel would be advantageous
- Possess class 3 driving license for sales activity and own car (allowance will be provided)
- Experience managing a team of 5-8
