Requirements

1. Singaporean Preferred
2. Candidate who requires work passes need not apply
3. Candidate with min 2 years relevant experience will be considered; entry-level candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply
4. This position is required to travel to developing countries due to business expansion in the future
5. Degree qualification Preferred
6. Good and aggressive personality with excellent analytical skills, willingness to learn, and able to travel for business
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills in English

Job Description

1. Job ratio is 50% for making new business and 50% for maintaining the current business
2. Marketing and taking aggressive and spontaneous actions to create new business
3. Maintaining current customers to handle daily tasks efficiently
4. To control the trading material stock inventory
5. Attend to customer enquiries and provide sales services to customers
6. Prepare quotations and liaise with customers on pricing matters
7. Follow up with customers on payment issues
8. Sourcing for suitable suppliers for the purchase of trading materials
9. Evaluate supplier performance to ensure purchased products meet customer requirements
10. Check P/O from customers and suppliers for trade terms, payment terms, price, and lead time
11. Follow up with customers on any issues, including complaints
12. Take proactive actions to ensure customer satisfaction
