Sales Executive:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the baking and cooking essentials industry. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a proven track record in sales, capable of building strong client relationships and driving business growth in regional markets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared sales objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in a sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in Japanese or Korean, as the role involves direct engagement with clients from the Japanese and/or Korean F&B market.
• Familiarity with sales and CRM tools.
