Operations Executive (Japanese speaking)

We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of an Operations Executive in our Sales and Marketing team. The incumbent will play a key role in supporting and executing the retail and franchise operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Retail Operations Support (Japan market)

• Collaborate seamlessly with the frontline operations and supporting departments to ensure operational excellence across the store

• Plan, execute and participate in promotional and marketing campaigns via various marketing channels

• Monitor and analyse market trends and demographics, perform sales analysis to provide recommendations to enhance the development of the brand

Franchise Operations Support

• Handle enquiries and feedback from new and existing franchisees

• Assist in franchise operations and development

• Coordinate the export of products to franchisees

• Maintain good relationships with existing franchise

• Perform administrative duties to support the franchise operations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors' Degree in any discipline or Diploma with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience

• A motivated, self-starter with plenty of initiative and a positive team-oriented attitude

• Flexible approach, with the ability to multitask

• Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels

• Good organizational skills with excellent follow up

• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 & Above) to liaise with Japanese internal and external customers.
