Head of Technology (Satellite, 5G, Telecommunications)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for leading Line-of-Businesses (LOBs) Group, which comprises of cellular, radio, satellite communication, and sensor products.
2. Technology Strategy and Leadership: Lead, develop, and implement technology strategies that support the production and delivery of projects and programs.
3. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in existing technologies and products to maintain a competitive edge.
4. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and regulatory requirements related to communication networks and sensors.
5. Team Leadership and Talent Management.
6. Establish partnerships with key stakeholders, external technology providers, and strategic partners to maximize outcomes and minimize risks.
7. Manage R&D budget and resource allocation such as staffing, hardware, software, and infrastructure investments to achieve business objectives.
8. Serve on the Executive Management Team and R&D Strategic Committee.

Requirements:

1. 8-10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO, Director, or similar position.
2. Understanding of communication networks, sensor technologies, 5G technology, and telecommunications standards.
3. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
4. Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
