Job Purpose

The Marketing Communications Executive plays a key role in driving brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and partnership communications to support the company’s growth trajectory. Operating within a dynamic, innovation-led environment, this role supports the Commercial team in delivering integrated communication strategies that translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. The ideal candidate is resourceful and thrives in the fast-paced context of a growth-stage company.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Marketing Communications: Develop and execute integrated communication plans, producing high-quality content across digital, print, and event platforms to support brand strategy, enhance visibility, and drive engagement through targeted campaigns and materials.
  • Events and Partnership Support: Coordinate and manage marketing communications and logistics for events—such as forums, workshops, and ecosystem engagements—that drive partnership development, market access, and timely stakeholder follow-up.
  • Support Market Insights and Research: Support market research and intelligence efforts by translating insights into actionable content and recommendations that inform go-to-market strategies or support market validation projects.
  • Digital and Website Management: Support the management and update of the company’s website and event registration tools, ensuring alignment with business activities while tracking digital engagement to enhance outreach effectiveness.
  • Product & Solutions Marketing: Facilitate commercialization roadmap of various products and solutions to market, act as a key enabler to bridge customer needs and market trends to Nurasa’s offerings and capabilities.

Minimum Academic Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Food Science, or a related field.

Minimum Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a marketing communications role preferably in the food industry
  • Demonstrated ability to execute multi-channel communications and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proven success in supporting brand and partnership communications aligned to commercial outcomes.
