Marketing and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Business Development Executive to join our passionate team at Inspire Mum & Baby. If you’re a proactive self-starter with a knack for compelling content creation, digital marketing, and strategic business growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to grow our online presence and community engagement.

• Content Creation: Write and design persuasive marketing materials—social posts, blogs, e-newsletters, and video scripts—tailored to women’s wellness, prenatal, postnatal, and children’s services.

• Graphic Design: Design attractive visuals using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to support campaigns and brand visuals.

• Campaign Execution: Develop and execute digital campaigns to drive awareness, leads, and bookings across our services.

• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our service reach and client base.

• Client & Partner Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, influencers, and stakeholders to support long-term growth.

• Market Research & Strategy: Conduct competitor analysis, explore emerging trends, and offer insights for data-driven marketing and service development.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, digital content creation, or business development. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.

• Excellent command of English with strong writing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.

• Creative flair with experience in using Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or video-editing tools.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team setting.

• Knowledge of the women, maternity, wellness, or early childhood industry is a plus.

Weekend Availability:
This role will require one weekend or event-based commitments in support of marketing activations, workshops, or partner collaborations.
