Candidatewill be responsible for engaging visitors with exciting and informative presentations, ensuring they have an enjoyable and immersive experience at our attraction. Additionally, you will manage operational tasks that contribute to the overall success of the attraction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive presentations and demonstrations of Trickeye exhibits for groups.
• Provide engaging explanations of the exhibits to enhance the visitor experience.
• Facilitate hands-on activities and assist with special events.
• Help organize and run special events, group bookings, or school tours.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of content.
• Ensure exhibits are well-maintained and in proper working condition.
• Assist with ticketing, crowd control, and visitor flow management
• Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support in daily opening and closing procedures of the attraction.

Requirements:

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Able to conduct presentations and tours.
• Enthusiastic and approachable with a passion for customer service.
• Interest in art, technology, or interactive experiences is a plus.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
