We are looking for a motivated Operations Executive to lead our dynamic team in delivering high-performance security operations and to contribute to our mission of maintaining safe environments. Responsibilities

1. Plan and oversee daily manpower deployments across projects, collaborating with the Command Centre and other operational staff to ensure balanced distribution at the company level.
2. Manage performance, morale, and discipline for assigned projects, including compliance checks during night shifts to maintain security standards.
3. Conduct on-job training, briefings, and updates for the security team to ensure familiarity with site processes and recent developments.
4. Investigate security incidents, vet reports, and prepare comprehensive after-action reviews.
5. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for assigned projects.
6. Regularly perform security and safety risk assessments to ensure the relevance of operating procedures.
7. Manage and coordinate emergency drills to keep the team prepared for crises.
8. Act as a company representative or account manager in meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
9. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project reports to management.
10. Oversee administration, documentation, and logistics for your projects.
11. Assist in the recruitment and selection of security officers as needed.
12. Provide necessary support to ensure smooth operations at project sites.
13. Perform on-site stand-in duties and other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Strong leadership skills with prior supervisory experience preferred.
2. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, challenging environment and manage demanding work schedules.
3. Possessing of Class 2, 2A, 2B, 3, or 3A driving licenses is an advantage.
