Job description:


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities for supplies and services related to the commodity, mainly on order fulfilment
  • Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure orders are delivered on time, and source for alternative suppliers when required for smooth operations
  • Monitor and drive order confirmation via system and follow up with vendors closely to ensure compliance
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal guidelines
  • Achieve KPI at Company/team level
  • Any other duties or tasks assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree/ Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 1-4 years of work experience in Hospitality, F&B, Procurement or similar role
  • Possess time, task, and resource management skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Good analytical, negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent proficiency with standard office applications, especially MS Excel
  • Eager to learn, resilient and adapt to fast-paced environment
  • Ariba knowledge would be an advantage
