Senior / Executive, Strategic Operations Office

You will assist the HOD with various hospital strategic collaboration initiatives related to the development of services and programmes within the hospital, and manage projects with SingHealth, external parties (including government agencies), and other medical service providers.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and build good long-term working relationships with existing and potential partners for collaboration opportunities
• Serve as the hospital liaison for each identified stakeholder to deepen relationships and partnerships
• Respond to patients’ feedback and complaints. Provide service recovery and take corrective actions if required. Report feedback and complaints to the supervisor
• Prepare statistics and reports when required
• Assist in project budget preparation through vendor quotations and/or industry benchmarks
• Plan and engage stakeholders for project deployment
• Assist in defining and developing project parameters (scopes, plans, processes, procedures, and timelines) for collaborations with SingHealth, government agencies (e.g., CAAS, RSAF, MHA), and external partners, including other medical service providers.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant discipline
