Job Description
Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve delivery related issues, ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner, and improve customer satisfaction.
Handle customer feedback on order fulfillment.
Execute logistic tasks within stated guidelines and policies.
Manage customer billing and coordinate with finance.
Work closely with the Transport/Operation Manager.
Ensure all drivers and delivery assistants comply with SOPs.
Plan, schedule, organize, and assign jobs daily.
Assist the Operation Manager in monitoring the vehicles' servicing/maintenance schedule and arrange accordingly.
Job Requirements
Applicants must be willing to work in the logistics industry.
Preferred 1 year of working experience in the logistics field for this position.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic MS Excel skills.
Able to read, write, and communicate in English and Chinese (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking workers).
Possession of Class 3/4 License will be a plus point.
