Role Summary – Operations Executive (Manpower Deployment)

As an Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our manpower deployment projects. This position involves coordinating with clients to understand their staffing needs, managing the recruitment and onboarding process, and overseeing daily operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Your ability to respond promptly to dynamic situations and maintain effective communication with both clients and candidates will be crucial in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end manpower coordination based on client project needs
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding
• Maintain daily workforce operations such as attendance tracking and deployment schedules
• Act as the liaison between clients and deployed staff to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
• Monitor project timelines and assist in reporting, documentation, and invoicing
• Provide administrative support including timesheet processing and payroll coordination

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in any field
• 0–3 years of experience (fresh grads welcome)
• Highly committed, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and messaging platforms like WhatsApp
