A leading car-sharing company in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Operation to oversee the end-to-end management of insurance claims and daily operations of its fleet. The candidate will manage vendor relationships, analyze data, and ensure compliance with policy terms. This role is essential for minimizing fleet downtime and financial exposure. Ideal candidates should have experience in fleet operation and insurance claims, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high claim volumes.
The Manager, Operation will mainly responsible for end-to-end management of all insurance claims related to the company’s fleet. The Manager, Operation will also responsible for day to day operation, which include but not limited to; vendor management, data analysis, and vehicle life-cycle. This role required timely, accurate, and cost-effective processing within operation and claims, working closely with internal stakeholders, operations teams, and third-party partners.
The role is critical in minimizing fleet downtime and protecting the company’s financial exposure, while ensuring compliance with policy terms and internal governance standards.
This role is within the Operation Department and will be reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
