We are in the hunt for a highly driven and motivated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) + Co-Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our highly talented team in a fast-growing startup at the early stages of growth.
This role is a super high-risk role, if you are expecting a comfortable salary with MNC like benefits, this role is not for you. The reward for this role comes in the form of future equity and ownership, it does come with a salary though.
Job Description: As CFO, your primary goal beyond the regular financial operations (cashflow management, financial reporting, FP&A etc) is to also support the CEO to develop fundraising materials, valuations, and strategies for Flex’s next stage of growth.
There is also a secondary responsibility as Co-COO. We do not have a COO, the responsibility is currently split between the CEO and CTO, the incoming CFO will be the third Co-COO that will jointly oversee operations alongside the two other existing Chiefs.
This role, if as per plan, will eventually sit on the Board of Directors as well as becoming a Co-Founder. This is a high-risk role, and it requires an individual with the right mindset that can put aside current comfort and jump into the risky world of entrepreneurship.
