In this position, you will work closely with the Co-Founders, utilizing your leadership and strategic expertise to drive the company's expansion into new markets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the company's goals for international growth.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for international growth.
• Oversee the end-to-end global supply chain to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and nurture a high-performing operations team to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the procurement team to enhance operational synergy.
• Establish performance plans and KPIs to monitor progress and drive accountability.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in operations or supply chain management, preferably within FMCG, F&B, retail, or consumer goods.
• A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel for data-driven decision-making.
